Shipping & Guarrantees

At Nimovera Pty Ltd we pride ourselves on providing a superior level of quality across both our brands and service. We appreciate that our customers want to purchase with the confidence of knowing that if they experience an issue with the product, they will receive a high level of customer service and fair issue assessment.


All products are guarranteed against manufacturing faults or material defects for a period of 1 year.

Shipping/Delivery of Goods

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

We are based in Western Australia. For shipping within Australia we use registered regular parcel delivery (delivered within 7 days, please remember to allow extra for public holidays) or express post where purchase size allows. For international shipping, we use registered airmail (most destinations within 5-10 business days).

We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (eg: Strikes, floods etc.). Every care has been taken to ensure that the presentation, descriptions and specifications of our products are correct, but slight variations in the goods may occur. Colours may appear slightly different via this web site due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings.

Returns Policy

Ensuring that our customers are 100% satisfied is of the utmost importance to us. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the product(s) you have received, we will happily organise a refund or an exchange for you, so long as the following conditions are met:

For faulty goods: We will replace any faulty products at our cost within one (1) year of purchase (unless the fault is due to misuse, normal wear & tear or modification to the product). Before returning any product, please advise us of the problem. If the goods are faulty, we would pay the cost of returning the faulty product and shipping your replacement.

For goods that you are not satisfied with: Within seven (7) days of receipt of your purchase, we will refund your money or exchange the product (at your choice), provided you return the product to us in as-new, saleable condition. If you choose to exchange the product we will refund you or accept payment for any difference in value. You would be responsible for the cost of returning the product and shipping of any exchange product.

Where applicable, you should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of you posting your return package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days). Please note that we can only refund the card on which the original transaction was made.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Please ensure that proof of purchase is returned with the faulty item. A copy of the proof of purchase as well as full contact details is required to be returned with the faulty product.

Please retain your proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us.

Please note that Nimovera Pty Ltd’s Returns Policy is a set of guidelines meant to assist you in returns process of our products and do not limit your statutory rights.


Buying on-line is great for gifts because we take care of the shipping, direct to your friends or relatives. And of course, if they live outside Australia, GST is not payable.

Please let us know by selecting gift options, if you would like us to include a complimentary gift card. If you are including a gift card for a baby gift, please advise sex of baby, if known.

Payment Options

We offer you the convenience of using your PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account, payment can still be made through the trusted PayPal method using your credit card or bank account. If you are uncomfortable with this, we are happy to receive your payment details over the phone. 

Your card details are handled by our payment processing agent PAYPAL. We feel confident that credit/debit card information entered on our site will not be accessed by any unauthorised person or company.Your credit card details are not collected or stored by us personally; all these details are processed through our secure, PCI-compliant PAY PAL payment gateway.

Australian GST

Australian Goods & Services Tax (GST) is payable on all purchases paid for and consigned within Australia but is NOT payable for orders consigned to addresses outside Australia (including those paid for within Australia). Please note that our check-out will always charge GST for those products consigned to an Australian address.

However, we reserve the right to contact you in future regarding any promotions, special offers etc unless you advise us that you do not wish to receive this form of marketing.
